Book Recommendation & Other Musings

My friend wrote a book – When the Last Tree Dies by Kate Taylor. I bought the Kindle version today and I am reading it. It is excellent – her writing is awesome πŸ™‚ .. I seriously encourage you to buy it and read it!

The little doggie wants out .. then in .. then out again πŸ™‚ .. it is a dance we do every evening πŸ™‚

If I am lucky .. I can capture a beautiful moment on camera πŸ™‚ to remember the glorious riot of his usually very NOISY happiness that mark our outside adventures in both front and back yards πŸ™‚

I took the little doggie out and about for a car ride this afternoon .. sigh .. he HATES car rides .. they make his anxiety go thru the roof πŸ™ .. and it really makes me miss Sugar even more than usual because she LOVED car rides.

He cries, he whines, he frets, he tries to sit on my lap while I am driving .. sigh .. he panicked while I was putting gas in the car so we could go to the drugstore. I might not get back in the car .. sigh .. and just seeing me outside the window was not enuf for him .. he worries almost all the time he is in the car .. poor thing.

After Sugar died in Aug 2017, I made a posterΒ [] with her picture on it that says “Live each moment with unconditional love. We never know when anyone will take their last breath so SEE and ACCEPT the blessings in life as they arrive.

I discovered this song today πŸ™‚ … Who Wants to Live Forever by Queen

The next song up after it was …Β  The Show Must Go On by Queen

Miss Sugar Plum when young, not long after I rescued her
Mr Yap Doggie
Dusty Shadow, Tornado on Paws, Mr Yappity Yap Yap aka adorably cute πŸ™‚ but VERY noisy & nosey!
