I love Mondays!

The local bunnies LOVE my yard and they drive the little doggie crazy even when he is inside IF he realizes they are out there. He had not discovered the bunny yet when I took this picture.

I always think of Monday as the top of the week that works it’s way down to the week-end ๐Ÿ™‚

Do you see the bunny?

Taking a selfie picture with the tornado on paws requires a LOT of concentration ๐Ÿ™‚ and fast reflexes .. lol .. I do not have much of either of those so I do my best and end up with very candid photos!

Me with the "Tornado on Paws"

Today is World Autism Awareness Day ๐Ÿ™‚

The goal is to highlight some of the difficulties we experience in daily life ๐Ÿ™‚ย  as well as to encourage better communication & government(s) policy making.

This Huffington Post story is heartwarming to me – reminds me of my adult grandson ๐Ÿ™‚ and the hopes we have for him!

Below is a quote from the Huffington Post story that is so very true for all of us on the spectrum:

“Dr. Stephen Shore, a professor who is on the spectrum, once said, โ€œIf youโ€™ve met one person with autism, youโ€™ve met one person with autism.โ€ย This makes it very difficult to improve life for those on both ends of the spectrum.”
